How does the EL12 Bag Opener work?

The basic model

The simplest model of the EL12 Automatic Bag Opener has a platform where the operator places the pallet of bags to be emptied, usually using a forklift or stacker.

After loading the full pallet into the machine, the operator presses a button to start the movement. Automatically, the machine will start emptying cycles, removing one layer of bags at a time (usually 5 bags per layer), until the pallet is completely empty. The EL12 machine has an agitation system specially designed to shake the bags, ensuring maximum emptying efficiency. With each cycle, the plastic pellets contained in the bags fall into a stainless steel hopper, while the empty bags are automatically disposed of in the next hopper.

In the basic model of the EL12 Automatic Bag Opener, after the last layer of bags has been unloaded, the empty pallet is made available to the operator so that he can remove it manually, with a forklift or with a stacker, after which a new full pallet can be loaded.
