The technical courses, with a theory component taught in classroom and a practice component in the workshop, are totally free training courses, open to anyone interested who meets the minimum requirements. Each technical course is divided into several stages or modules ranging from initiation to professionalization.

The apprenticeships, traineeships or simple summer internships are excellent opportunities to establish contact with the industrial environment and start practical training guided by experienced professionals in the different technical areas covered by METALOGONDE Academy: welding, mechanical design and electrical engineering.

METALOGONDE Academy has established protocols with several High School, College and University Institutions with a view to training young students and promoting their integration into the labour market.

On-the-job training
METALOGONDE Academy periodically organizes on-the-job trainingcourses. These kind of training courses are specially aimed to METALOGONDE´s employees and their goal is to enrich theoretical knowledge, improve individual technical skills, develop personal organizational capabilities and increase teamwork performance.
Although the main objective of this professional training events is to prepare METALOGONDE’s personnel for new and demanding tasks that need to be accomplished on a daily basis, they are also often extended to interns, students or other professionals interested in any of the technical areas taught.
