How does the EL12ST Automatic Bag Opening Machine operates?

The Standard Model

The standard model of the machine has a loading platform where the operator places the pallet of bags to be emptied, normally using a forklift or a stacker.

After the pallet is in position, the operator presses the START button. The machine then starts the unloading process, removing one layer of bags at a time until the pallet is completely empty.

The EL12ST is equipped with an agitation system specially designed to shake out the bags, ensuring the maximum emptying efficiency. During each cycle, the product falls into a stainless steel hopper, while the empty bags are automatically discharged into a separate bin.

In the standard model of the EL12 Automatic Bag Opening Machine, after the last layer of bags has been unloaded, the empty pallet is ready to be removed by the operator. The operator can remove it manually using a forklift or a stacker, and then load a new full pallet.

Optional Components and Modules
